Getting Started with the Spreadsheet
The Litbuy Spreadsheet is the central tool for browsing the full catalog. When you open it, you will see rows of products with columns for category, name, price, batch, size, and QC notes. The first step is to understand what each column means.
Category columns organize products by type, such as Shoes, Hoodies, T-Shirts, and Accessories. The price column shows the current tier pricing. The batch column indicates which factory or production run the item comes from. This is one of the most important columns for quality control.
Filtering and Searching
Use the filter dropdowns in the header row to narrow down by category, size, price range, or batch. If you are looking for a specific product, use the search function within the spreadsheet. Most spreadsheet platforms support Ctrl+F or Cmd+F for quick searching.
For best results, search by partial name rather than exact name. Factory names and product descriptions can vary slightly. Filter by category first, then search within the filtered results.

Reading the QC Notes
The QC notes column is your most valuable resource. It contains comments from other buyers, common flaws, and what to expect. Read these notes before placing any order. They will save you from disappointment and returns.
Pay special attention to sizing notes. Many products use Asian sizing, which runs smaller than US or European sizing. The spreadsheet usually includes a size conversion column or links to a size chart.

Placing Your First Order
Once you have selected your items, copy the product codes and your sizing details. Contact the Litbuy agent or use the order submission system. Include the exact product name, batch, size, and any special requests.
After submitting, you will receive a confirmation with the total price including shipping. Payment is typically handled through the supported methods listed in the order instructions. Once payment is confirmed, your order enters the production queue.
